During this revision, each volume is still written by the original authoritative authors to ensure the authority of the series. To help candidates grasp the pulse of the Judicial Examination, truly understand the key points, resolve the difficulties, and clarify the ambiguities, the Civil Procedure Law volume was separated into the Civil Procedure Law volume and the Criminal Procedure Law volume in the 2005 revision, with the addition of analysis of Judicial Examination questions from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, the content of legal history was supplemented in the volumes of Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law. Based on the changes in the 2005 Judicial Examination syllabus and the recent changes in China's current laws and regulations, the authors of each volume have revised and adjusted the key, difficult, and ambiguous content, as well as the relevant exercises, answers, and analyses. To implement the great strategy of governing the country according to law and to help candidates accurately grasp the key, difficult, and ambiguous points of the Judicial Examination, face the exam confidently, and pass it successfully, we have invited experienced professors who have long been engaged in the,,, and textbook writing for the Legal Examination and Judicial Examination to compile the "Essential Solutions for Key, Difficult, and Ambiguous Points of the 2003 Judicial Examination Series." The series is divided into eight volumes: Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Civil Procedure Law, Commercial and Economic Law, Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law, and International Public Law · Private International Law and International Economic Law. This series has the following features:
1. Authority. This is reflected in the fact that each volume condenses the textbook, analyzes key points, resolves difficulties, and explores ambiguities. The authors of each volume are seasoned professors, such as Professor Ruan Qilin for Criminal Law, Professor Jiao Hongchang for Constitutional Law, Professor Zhang Shuyi for Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law, and Professor Li Renyu for Civil Law. Other professors are omitted here out of respect for their personal wishes.
