Often ask yourself this question: "Can I find a simpler way?" If you find it, that will be your most successful place. In work, equating busyness with efficiency is not comprehensive. Sometimes, when dreaming, an employee can be the most productive. "Smart work" is the natural attribute and inherent potential of an ordinary person, and there is no insurmountable gap between an ordinary person and a genius. Even Hui Neng, the monk, said, "The lowest person has the highest wisdom."
