Features: Expert's Message As a children's literature writer and critic, recommending excellent fairy tales from both China and abroad to children is my duty and mission. As a father of a child, I am willing to let all children in the world receive the best literary nourishment from an early age, just like my own children. I believe that all excellent fairy tales should be joyful; and all fairy tales that can bring happiness to children are excellent. Joyful fairy tales are like flowers blooming in children's clear eyes, and they are also like kites swaying in the sky, carrying children's dreams into the air. Einstein once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge." This tells us that anything that can expand children's imagination is more important and valuable than practical knowledge. Imagination is the soul of knowledge, because all knowledge loses its vibrancy and creativity without the wings of imagination. Fairy tales that satisfy children's imagination should be magical, warm, lyrical, beautiful, and lively. The experiences and reflections of us parents do not come from abstract preaching, but from the similar and highly consistent experiences we all have in life. The childhood we experienced was so short, yet the memories of happiness in childhood were so scarce and meager. Therefore, we have no reason to refuse excellent fairy tales, and we have no reason to refuse the opportunity to create happiness for children. May every child grow up in a world of joyful fairy tales, and may every adult relive the happiness of childhood through fairy tales.
