Features: The "Training Course for High School Students' Psychological Adaptability" was specifically designed for the research project "Development and Cultivation of Psychological Adaptability in Primary and Secondary School Students." As the primary measure of the experiment, psychological adaptation training courses have played a significant role in enhancing students' psychological adaptability and fostering the formation and development of positive psychological qualities. Based on two rounds of trial use, we have made additional supplements and modifications. Currently, the teaching content of the "Training Course for High School Students' Psychological Adaptability" covers four major categories: environmental adaptation, learning adaptation, interpersonal adaptation, and frustration adaptation, totaling 8 units and 30 class hours. Each lesson consists of two parts: a teaching plan and background materials. The teaching plan serves as a reference, providing teachers with an example, but it is not mandatory to follow it exactly. The background materials offer teachers foundational knowledge and reference materials related to the teaching content. Since the situations of students in different grades vary, teachers should tailor the teaching plan to the actual needs of their students, selecting relevant content for redesign. The teaching methods introduced in the lesson plans can be adjusted at the teacher's discretion. The main features of this course are: 1. Clear objectives and strong targeting, with all lessons centered around the core content of cultivating the psychological adaptability of middle school students; 2. The entire course is composed of a series of thematic units, each logically connected yet relatively independent. Lessons can be taught in sequence for systematic instruction or reorganized as needed; 3. The course design is concise and clear, leaving considerable room for teachers to exercise creativity; 4. The background materials are rich and comprehensive, featuring diverse activity formats and content with a certain theoretical depth, providing both students and teachers with space for reflection.
