Features: The corporate culture pursued by successful enterprises is to enable every employee to fully unleash their creativity and reach a peak state of mind. Only in a highly civilized corporate culture, when creativity and "dedication" become an indispensable part of this civilization and culture, can creativity and dedication truly become a need of the soul. Given a goal, the first consideration is not whether it is possible to achieve it, but rather to find ways to achieve it. The research on corporate culture in group companies aligns with the current trend of corporate restructuring, mergers, and cross-cultural management. In April 2004, the author participated in the Corporate Culture Economic Forum held in Jinan, Shandong, jointly organized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Propaganda, the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, and the Provincial Trade Union. Later, the author attended the founding conference of the Henan Provincial Corporate Culture Promotion Association in Zhengzhou. Through these two conferences, the author deeply felt that the reconstruction of corporate culture in group companies was gaining increasing attention from businesses. Against this backdrop, at the request of many group companies, the author published the series of CDs titled "How to Create Your Own Corporate Culture" in February 2004, produced by CCTV Channel 2 and published by China Science and Technology Audiovisual Press. During the process of writing the script for these CDs, some new viewpoints gradually formed. With the deepening of corporate research and research projects, this book proposes ten innovative ideas or, to be precise, ten new concepts:
First, in the context of corporate restructuring and mergers and cross-cultural management, the integration of group company culture is urgent and serves as the starting point for guiding new corporate behaviors.
Second, the fundamental difference between successful and failed group companies lies in their concepts; similarly, the fundamental difference between successful and failed entrepreneurs also lies in their concepts.
Third, creating an organization that motivates employees to learn, continuously improve, work together, and fulfill their responsibilities lies in enhancing learning ability and execution.
Fourth, it is essential to strengthen the concept of corporate culture reconstruction.
Fifth, corporate coordination and a sense of unity are important.
Sixth, mastering cultural differences is a significant challenge for businesses and multinational corporations as they move toward economic globalization.
Seventh, design is also entering an era of comprehensive conceptual transformation.
Eighth, the credit culture construction of group companies is an important part of the larger social credit system.
Ninth, spiritual management was originally the core and essence of the enterprise.
Tenth, treating the corporate image of group companies as a management and marketing task—this will be a key decision-making factor for most purchasing decisions (both individual and group) in the 21st century.
