The entire work is divided into four major sections: "History of Legal Thought and Legal History," "History of Legal Institutions," "Jurisprudence," and "English Section." Under "History of Legal Thought and Legal History," there are sub-sections for "Western Philosophy of Law and History of Western Law" and "History of Chinese Legal Thought and History of Chinese Law." Under "History of Legal Institutions," there are sub-sections for "History of Chinese Legal System" and "History of Foreign Legal Systems." The purpose of this book is to enable every researcher to find the necessary and complete paper materials in the most time-efficient manner. Therefore, after the organizational framework of the book is established, the most important task is to classify the titles of the source materials by "key points," and then to arrange these key points according to their positions in the disciplinary system in this book.
