Features: The Ministry of Education has explicitly required universities to offer economic and management courses with a certain number of credits for students from non-economic and management majors. This serves as an important guiding principle for universities to conduct economic and management education and also represents specific requirements for higher education institutions. In the modern society of continuous socio-economic development, the previously separated educational model between engineering and technology education and economic and management education has led to students majoring in engineering and technology lacking knowledge in economic and management areas. Once they enter engineering and technology positions, their lack of economic and management knowledge, inability to understand economic issues related to their work, and absence of economic awareness hinder their development. The main purpose of revising and publishing the "Economic and Management Tutorial" is to provide a suitable textbook for "Economic and Management" courses for undergraduate students from non-economic and management majors. The content system is developed within the framework of the "Basic Requirements for Economic and Management Foundational Courses" by the Ministry of Education, taking into account reasonable credit requirements, appropriate content depth, and an easily understandable arrangement. It is also formed based on the long-term teaching experience of the three authors in the "Economic and Management" course.
