Features: This series adheres to the principle of academic excellence above all. It is open to works and collections of essays on micro-studies without limitation on quantity. According to the procedure, authors first submit their manuscripts, and the center invites experts to review them. If the works meet the academic standards for publication, they can be included in the series for publication. The publication costs are raised by the center. This is an important measure to address the challenges of publishing academic works, especially in promoting micro-studies. The naming of the series, "Anhui University Center for Micro-Studies Academic Series," was decided based on the requirements of the Ministry of Education for the construction of key research bases in humanities and social sciences. The Ministry of Education's "Administrative Measures for the Management of Key Research Bases in Higher Education Institutions for Humanities and Social Sciences" explicitly states that the personnel of the key research bases are mobile and operate under a dynamic mechanism of "bringing in projects to the institute and leaving upon completion of projects." Therefore, the employment relationship of the series authors may not be with the center, but as long as they are appointed as full-time or part-time researchers by the center, their research works can be included in this series.
