I am not a writer, nor a celebrity; I am just a literature enthusiast, like countless other working sisters, dedicating my part of strength on this hot land in the south. I wrote this book not to make money or to become famous, but to do something for the domestic service industry in Shenzhen and other cities, to set an example for my peers and fellow workers, and to "arm myself with knowledge." The content of this book is not a novel or prose; it is a series of real stories that have happened to me and around us. The book is divided into: My Story, Nanny Chronicle, How to Be a Good Nanny, and Outstanding Employers. I can say I am a girl who sweats hard for labor and eats hard-earned meals, and I am also someone who is not afraid of loneliness. After finishing my work, I often read and write alone in my room. I believe that as long as the heart is bathed in sunshine and the hope of expectation remains unbroken, loneliness is not to be feared; as long as confidence and courage still exist, and as long as there are books on the desk and harmony in hand, loneliness is not to be feared. The true source of the human river in this book is the bright lamp in the hearts of readers; readers have dreams in their hearts; readers have strings in their hearts. Knowledge is the wealth of entrepreneurship, and the fragrance of books surpasses the fragrance of food, wine, and flowers. Therefore, I have always insisted on being close to books and newspapers. Books are also the ladder of human life, helping me understand society step by step on my journey as a migrant worker. Books are also the cradle that nurtures talent, so I enjoy being friends with books.
