From the second to the twelfth chapters, eleven categories of psychotropic drugs are described. Within each category of psychotropic drugs, the animal models for treating corresponding diseases and experimental methods for drugs are briefly outlined, enabling students to gain a preliminary understanding of the experimental process of psychotropic drugs. This textbook also includes guidelines for clinical research on psychotropic drugs, the management measures for psychotropic drugs, and the list of narcotic and psychotropic drug varieties, to enhance the practicality of the material.
