Features: This book collects the currently most commonly used methods for dividing construction projects in China, classifying engineering construction into eight specialized fields and establishing corresponding quality management assurance systems for each. These eight fields are interrelated yet can exist independently, making the complex quality management of large-scale construction projects simple and clear. The eight specialized fields are:
(1) Civil Engineering Structures and Rough Finishing;
(2) Steel Structures and Tank Systems;
(3) Decoration and Waterproofing;
(4) Water Supply, Drainage, Heating, Ventilation, and Piping;
(5) Building Electricity and Electrical Equipment Installation;
(6) Mechanical Equipment Installation;
(7) Highway and Railway;
(8) Furnaces and Chimneys.
This book primarily focuses on construction, covering four major fields: Civil Engineering, Decoration, Road, and Furnace. This division is based on the traditional separation of the construction and installation industries in the current Chinese construction market.
The book is divided into four chapters, each named after one of the eight specialized fields mentioned earlier. Each chapter is further divided into three sections:
Section 1: Professional Construction Position Responsibility System (Sample);
Section 2: Key Technical Points for Professional Construction Quality Acceptance;
Section 3: "Compendium of Common Professional Construction Forms." In other words, engineers and technicians specializing in a particular field only need to read the relevant chapter to find all necessary information.
