1. "China Intellectual Property Yearbook" is a large-scale reference toolbook reflecting the basic status of China's intellectual property field. 8. The "Laws and Regulations" section publishes intellectual property laws and regulations, judicial interpretations of the Supreme People's Court, and revisions made in 2002.

"Typical Cases" is divided into intellectual property judicial cases, patent review cases by the Patent Reexamination Board of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, trademark review cases by the Trademark Review Board of the Administration for Industry and Commerce, administrative enforcement cases by the Copyright Administration, cases handled by national intellectual property associations and their agencies, administrative enforcement cases for patents and trademarks in various regions, enforcement cases by trademark administrative bodies, and analyses.
10. The "People" section lists prominent figures in the intellectual property field who were in office in 2002. Biographical introductions provide information on leaders and experts in relevant departments of the intellectual property field.
11. The "Chart Index" is designed to facilitate the retrieval of relevant data.
