Features: The International Commercial Art Designer (ICAD) professional qualification certification is the general term for the four-tier commercial art design professional qualification certification system promoted by the International Commercial Art Designer Association (ICADA) globally. After review and approval by the National Labor and Social Security Administration, ICAD was officially registered in China in March 2003 (Registration No.: Labor Yin Zi [2003] 001). ICADA and its authorized partners are legally permitted to conduct examinations and issue certificates in China. The ICAD certificates issued are of equal validity to national professional qualifications and have been incorporated into the unified national professional qualification management system.
