Features: The theme of this book is how enterprises can conduct innovative thinking, divided into two parts: the conceptual section and the practical section. The content is presented through theoretical analysis, storytelling, and records of the innovation journeys of 10 real cases. It explores how to continuously face problems and solve them to achieve continuous innovation. Change is the law of change. Every manager has their own ideas, and with their own ideas, they take action, and with their actions, they become different from before, leading to change. Therefore, making this change a positive change is a challenge that every manager, especially new ones, must face. However, in the process of seeking and adapting to change, how to achieve it effortlessly and with ease requires some supporting measures to avoid the side effects outweighing the positive effects, causing severe consequences. Only with supporting measures in place can we achieve twice the result with half the effort, just like Zhuge Liang borrowing the wind to set fire to the enemy ships. In other words, successful transformation and innovation require considering certain conditions and finding the best solution, which is the strategic thinking of innovation and transformation, the concept behind the book's title. The idea for this book came from the failure of Wang Anshi's reforms and the success of Emperor Xiaowen of Northern Wei's sinicization. Further, the book takes a lesson from history, as knowing the rise and fall can be achieved, by collecting some ancient and modern stories to illustrate the thoughts behind the strategic thinking of innovation and transformation, serving as the conceptual section of the book. Additionally, the stories of 10 companies' innovative operations are used to validate the goals of innovation. It is hoped that this book not only provides readers with functional value, some concepts, and experiments that can be applied to work, but also offers readers opportunities for knowledge innovation to drive positive innovation practices.
