- New Problems: This training selects recent competition problems from various regions and influential publications, categorizing them systematically. The problems systematically reflect the current hotspots and focal points of various mathematical competitions, offering a fresh perspective on the trends in primary school mathematical competition questions.
- New Types of Questions: Each section of the training includes a variety of question types such as fill-in-the-blanks, multiple-choice, application problems, hands-on problems, problem-solving tasks, computational problems, and graphical problems. This approach emphasizes flexibility in problem-solving while cultivating students' adaptable thinking. In essence, each section provides students with a simulated exam environment.
- Strong Selection: During the compilation, we referenced a large number of questions, carefully selecting and refining them to focus on developing students' ability to apply knowledge to solve problems. This encourages students to explore while experiencing how mathematics originates from life, making mathematics more relatable and fostering interest in competition questions. It also serves as a platform for selecting outstanding students across different levels, showcasing their innovative and practical abilities.
- Strong Team: We have treated this intensive training as a research project under the new curriculum reform. The compilers are all distinguished provincial and municipal teachers, subject leaders, and outstanding young educators, all of whom have served as coaches in provincial and above mathematical competitions. The result of a year's worth of dedication is undoubtedly the greatest guarantee of this book's quality.
While based on the "Textbooks," each volume of this intensive training expands and extends the knowledge. Correspondingly, it incorporates additional content aligned with the current curriculum reform spirit and competition question trends, aiming to cultivate students' comprehensive and systematic understanding of knowledge.
