Chapter 2: Cherishing Life—Establishing the Value Orientation of Life Education, primarily analyzes the alienation of human life in contemporary education and constructs the value orientation of education that focuses on the individual life.
Chapter 3: Striving for Freedom—The Unremitting Pursuit of Life Education, primarily discusses how education guides people in pursuing freedom, the essence of life.
Chapter 4: "Kindred Life"—Poetic Vigilance in Life Education, primarily discusses the future development direction of life education.
