The author said: 'Red Tower Twelve,' compiled and published, old texts reviewed, new ones occasionally added, collected into volumes, also worth preserving. This can provide a 'mirror' to see the trajectory, gains and losses, pathfinding, and advancement of my many years of research on 'Red Studies.' Master Zhou Ruchang of 'Red Studies' poured his life's effort into the monumental work, Red Twelve Layers. This book explores the Dream of the Red Chamber from all angles—Red Culture, Red Purpose, Red Women, Red Spirit, Red Aesthetics, Red Self-Reflection, Red Shiyan, Red Exploration, Red True Texts, Red Index, Red Explanations, Red Q&A—to investigate the various mysteries of the Dream of the Red Chamber, "to exonerate Cao Xueqin who suffered injustice in the sea of literature for over two hundred and thirty years," and restore historical truth. 'In lightning-fast inspiration and rigorous research, it continues the heart of Chinese culture, profound and captivating.'"
