Time no longer always moved forward in a straight line but occasionally flowed backward. This book introduces representative unbuilt works from his 40 years of design, every decade. When the next millennium arrives, most of the existing 20th-century buildings will no longer exist. How will architectural historians look back on the 20th century? Only a few physical historical materials will be passed down, and the information stored in the media will become the basis. Future generations may discover the precursors of 21st-century architecture in Kishio Suga's unbuilt works.
