Part IV is about the management process, including airport financial management, airport organizational structure and administrative management, airport operations, the relationship between airports and the public, and the relationship between airports and airport users. In other words, this book starts with the basic knowledge of the airport system and discusses in detail and comprehensively up to the relationship between airports and airport users, including airport financial management. Moreover, to illustrate certain theories or viewpoints, the book cites a large amount of data, graphs, tables, and other evidence to support and substantiate them. Additionally, each chapter in the book is structured in the same way: it begins with an overview, briefly summarizing the content of each chapter, followed by the learning objectives for the chapter. After the main text, there is a glossary of terms used in the chapter, followed by "Review Questions" for readers to review and reflect upon after completing each chapter. Finally, the book also provides reference readings for a broad readership. Therefore, this book is not only suitable for readers within the civil aviation industry but also a very valuable reference for readers outside the civil aviation industry who wish to understand or study civil aviation airport issues.
