Features: Introduction: This book provides an updated presentation of the fundamental concepts and the basic content of the entire system of property law, and conducts a more specific discussion of the property law system under China's market economy system. The updates to property law knowledge in this book are primarily reflected in three aspects: (1) Clearing up the erroneous and distorted interpretations of the principles of property law in previous years based on foreign literature, and re-establishing a scientific system of property law knowledge. (2) Clearing up the conceptual and institutional systems established by the former Soviet Civil Code based on the needs of a planned economy, and establishing a theoretical foundation for the development of property law in China's market economy. (3) Adhering to a research direction that is both consistent with legal principles and in line with China's national conditions, and reflecting the requirements of China's market economy and the daily lives of the people for the establishment of property law systems based on scientific principles. The focus of this book is to propose a systematic body of knowledge for property law that is in line with China's national conditions, based on the principles of property law and the conclusions of practical investigations. Additionally, property law must regulate property transactions and address the protection of third parties in property transactions, establishing the security of property transactions. Previous knowledge of property law largely overlooked this point. This book proposes a systematic framework for the static order and dynamic security issues that property law must resolve, which has been largely adopted in the property law proposal currently being formulated in China.
