Features: This standard was formulated in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Railways' "Notice on Issuing the Plan for the Formulation of Construction Standards, Quotas, and Standard Designs for Railway Engineering Construction in 2003" (Tie Jian Han [2003] 41). This standard is applicable to the acceptance of construction quality for concrete and masonry engineering construction of newly built and renovated standard-gauge railways. For new technologies, new processes, new equipment, and new materials not covered by this standard, their construction quality acceptance should be separately formulated as supplementary standards.
