Features: This book presents a comprehensive and systematic study of the trilobites of the Middle to Late Cambrian multi-jointed group in the Jiangnan slope belt of China. The strata of the Cambrian Jiangnan slope belt in China are well-developed, with abundant trilobite fossils. It is a mixed animal community of floating and benthic types, playing an important role in the division and correlation of Cambrian strata. Western Hunan is a typical area for studying Cambrian slope facies trilobites. The book provides a detailed description of 32 families, 92 genera, and 140 species of multi-jointed trilobites from the Middle to Late Cambrian in the Huaquan Paibi and Yongshun Wangcun sections. Based on the systematic description, it conducts biostratigraphic division, correlation, and chronostratigraphic research on the boundary between the Middle and Upper Cambrian in the sections.
