Features: The main part of this book is the "Wine Tasting" compiled by Guo Songquan, Zhang Chunya, Guo Songyuan, and Guo Qichang in April 1991. This book was used for the training and assessment of wine tasting judges in Tianjin in August 1989, for the international wine tasting training class in the old course of the Yellow River in May 1990, for the training and assessment of wine tasting judges in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in November 1991, and for the assessment and training of national-level wine tasting judges by the China Liquor Industry Association's Wine Professional Committee in April 2000. China implements the "Quality Grading System" for wine, and one of the main criteria for determining its grade is sensory evaluation, which involves using tasting to determine the quality grade of a product. It is believed that this book can serve as a reference document for wine tasting judges. To adapt to the evolving situation, we have incorporated new achievements from abroad, especially relevant documents from renowned wine tasting experts and authoritative organizations, combined with the new developments in China's wine industry, and rewritten this book. We hope it can provide some assistance to everyone.
