Features: Chinese college art education has a history of over eighty years. Through long-term teaching practice, higher art colleges have formed a relatively complete teaching system. By compiling teaching materials for various professional series, we aim to theoretically summarize and systematize effective teaching systems, laying a solid foundation for further reform and development of art education. In the process of compiling higher art professional teaching materials, we feel it is important to pay attention to a comprehensive aesthetic understanding of various art majors and painting styles, focusing on providing more comprehensive and systematic content to improve students' overall cultivation. The teaching objectives for imparting visual and technical knowledge are primarily achieved through classroom demonstrations. Therefore, the key lies in the knowledge volume, systematic structure, and the summarization, emphasis, and refinement of the basic language of each major in the teaching materials. This series of textbooks is written by experienced educators from various majors, and we believe it will provide beneficial assistance to our higher art professional teaching.
