Features: "The Collection of the International Criminal Law Research Institute of Renmin University of China" is an academic vehicle designed to promote the development of outward-oriented criminal law research. The Collection aims to publish research achievements of full-time and adjunct researchers of the International Criminal Law Research Institute of Renmin University of China in the fields of international criminal law, comparative criminal law, foreign criminal law, and criminal law issues in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and other regions. The publications may include thematic studies, comprehensive research, translations or introductory studies of foreign or overseas legal codes and works, as well as collaborative research projects by domestic and international scholars. This book is divided into two parts: General Principles and Specific Provisions, with a total of twenty-four chapters. At the end of the book, there is an appendix containing the 1985 Criminal Code of Vietnam and related legal documents.
