Features: J.S. Bach's six piano pieces were called "English Suites" from the second half of the 18th century because "they were made for a British nobleman." The titles of the works may be related to the note "for the English" in a copy of the suite by J.C. Bach, but this note may have been added by J.C. Bach himself later., this title also helps us recall the piano suites of the French composer Dieterich in London at the time, and it is also possible that there are certain connections between the suites, especially with Handel's Piano Suites published in London in 1720. Judging from the surviving manuscripts, Bach originally called these works "Preludes and their Suites," and later changed the name to "Suites and Preludes." In summary, the preludes in them are quite important and relatively lengthy.
