Features: The electric-hydraulic turnout switching system is one of the two major system types being developed internationally for railways, and it is also one of the standard system types for turnout switching in China's high-speed rail (ZY series). This book focuses on introducing the new technologies and technical design concepts of China's railway turnout switching systems, providing detailed descriptions of the mechanical or electrical operation processes of each component and the connections between them. The main contents include: the formation and development of the turnout switching system, the ZYJ7 type electric-hydraulic interlocking machine, the SH6 type switching interlocking device, the structure and principles of hook-type and swallowtail-type turnout external interlocking devices, the installation of turnout switching and interlocking equipment, control circuits for low-speed, speed-increasing, and high-speed turnouts (including the selection of control circuits and practical examples—15 circuit diagrams), and turnout supervision and monitoring, divided into six major parts. This book is suitable for railway-related technical personnel, on-site installation and maintenance personnel to study and use, and can also be referenced by faculty and students of relevant colleges and universities.
