1. Listening Comprehension Section

This section primarily assesses language skills, avoiding the testing of extralinguistic abilities such as intelligence, memory, or background knowledge.
Currently, the Listening Comprehension section is divided into two parts: dialogues and short listening passages. The selected materials are familiar dialogues, speeches, narratives, and commentaries, with language that is relatively colloquial, avoiding overly formal written language. The vocabulary used does not exceed the range specified in the teaching outline's vocabulary list.
2. Reading Comprehension Section
The purpose of the Reading Comprehension section is to test students' ability to acquire information through reading. This includes grasping the main idea and gist of the material, understanding the facts and details that support the main idea, both grasping the literal meaning and making certain inferences based on the material, as well as understanding individual sentences and the logical relationships within the context...
