Features: The term "public welfare" primarily refers to the welfare undertakings carried out by government organizations, general social public organizations, charitable organizations or non-governmental organizations, and non-profit organizations. Here, it mainly involves fields such as education, health, sports, cultural undertakings, science and technology, and environmental protection. Expanding and transplanting the theory and methods of educational management, one aspect of public welfare management, can be applied to other fields of public welfare management. The main reasons are: ⑴ Since education, health, sports, cultural undertakings, science and technology, and environmental protection are all social welfare undertakings, their common characteristics are very prominent. ⑵ In terms of educational management, the management objects not only involve material but more importantly, people. Therefore, compared to health management, sports management, cultural undertaking management, science and technology activity management, and environmental protection management, it is more challenging. ⑶ In school management, aspects such as physical education classroom management, physical education work management, student health habit management, health work management, school art festival management, cultural work management, school science and technology activity management, scientific research work management, campus culture management, and campus environment management have already been involved. This is the practical basis for the feasibility of expansion and transplantation.
