He has served as a judge for fine arts exhibitions multiple times and was formerly a member of the Academic Council of the National Higher Normal Education Fine Arts Teaching Research Association. He has published monographs such as "Ji Junyao Jiangnan Ink Wash Sketches," "Selected Album of Ji Junyao Landscape Sheets," "Contemporary Masters' Landscape Fine Art Treasury · Ji Junyao," "Chinese Contemporary Fine Art Masters' Fine Art Series · Ji Junyao," and "Ji Junyao Freehand Landscape Painting Collection." In 2002, two of his landscape paintings were selected for "The Complete Collection of Chinese Modern Landscape Paintings." This book serves as an introduction to the techniques of painting Jiangnan water towns and includes corresponding artworks for readers to appreciate.
Author Introduction: Ji Junyao was born on November 4, 1941, in Dongguang County, Hebei Province. In 1959, he entered the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and graduated in 1965, serving as a teacher at the institution to this day. He has served as the Director of the Fine Arts Education Department, Professor, and Master's Supervisor at the institution. He is a member of the China Artists Association. Since 1994, he has traveled to Russia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and other places for art research and exchange activities. In 2003, he went to Germany
