This book covers additional content not included in International Conference English and Negotiation and Discussion English. It collects English expressions for banquets, reports, and other contexts, with annotations highlighting important points. If readers use this book as they would the aforementioned two, we will be greatly satisfied.
The book organizes commonly used English in international communication in the order of speech content. For example, in the banquet English section, we categorize it by themes: "Opening Remarks," "Main Body," and "Closing Remarks," followed by the full text of the speech. For convenience, the example sentences are short and independent. If additional examples are needed, readers can refer to those from different themes. For instance, the example sentences for "Opening Remarks" and "Closing Remarks" differ from those in the "Main Body," as they are further divided by themes, allowing for interchangeable use.
The book includes "Attention" in various sections. While the example sentences are grammatically correct, incorrect intonation will diminish their effectiveness.
This book is suitable not only for readers attending international conferences but also for adults and students who enjoy using English for communication.
