Each chapter includes an English abstract. The line drawings and most of the images in this book are primarily based on specimens and data from China. Some color illustrations are (concentrated at the end of the book) and are uniformly arranged with black-and-white images, following the text. Specialized terms are standardized according to the approved and published medical terms by the National Committee for the Review of Natural Science Terminology. The content of this textbook is rich and comprehensive. In addition to serving as a long-term study program textbook, it can also be used as a reference for other oral medical professionals.
