Features: The name "Seven Scholars of Jian'an" first appeared in Cao Pi's Lun Wen (Discourse on Literature) from the Wei Dynasty during the Three Kingdoms period. Professor Wu Yun of Tianjin Normal University and seven master's students collaborated over many years to punctuate, collate, annotate, date, and review the works of the "Seven Scholars of Jian'an." For this purpose, their lives were examined in detail, and their works were interpreted with care and accuracy. The Collected Works of the Seven Scholars of Jian'an with Annotations was first published in 1991 and has since been repeatedly revised by Professor Wu Yun and his disciples. The revised edition was released earlier this year. Due to its significant academic value, the book was supported by the National Ancient Books Compilation and Publishing Fund during the printing process.
