Features: Since Akkabake Village is a newly established agricultural and pastoral settlement village, most of its villagers migrated from Da Nan, creating a natural economic, cultural, and educational connection between the two villages. Some chapters of the investigation report include survey materials from both villages. Additionally, chapters on education, science and technology, health, social organizations, and party school education also contain materials from the entire township. If the materials from the entire township and Akkabake Village were described separately, it would be difficult to fully reflect the situation in this regard. Legal system construction is a key aspect of rural grassroots development. The legal system construction of a single village cannot fully represent the overall situation, so Chapter 7 primarily reflects the legal system construction of the entire township. We aim to use these materials to reflect the history, economy, and culture of the Uyghur ethnic group. However, our focus has always been on Akkabake Village.
