In terms of the scope of selection and editing, this book is based on Professor Deng's specialized works from the 1980s, Theoretical Exploration and Clinical Practice and The Gardener's Collection, supplemented by articles written by Professor Deng in the past decade. The section on medical anecdotes has already been published as Deng Tie-tao's Medical Anecdotes Collection (published by Guangdong Higher Education Press in 1991). The section on medical cases is planned to be compiled and published as Deng Tie-tao's Medical Cases Collection. Therefore, the content of medical cases and anecdotes in Deng Tie-tao's Medical Collection is not included.
