Features: Due to the vigorous development of the medical laboratory field and the increasing frequency of international academic exchanges, medical workers, especially those in medical laboratory testing, have an urgent need for Chinese-English medical laboratory vocabulary. This book collects a total of 30,500 professional words and phrases in medical laboratory testing (including experimental theory, technology, and clinical significance), making it a medium-sized reference book for Chinese-to-English translation use by doctors, medical technologists, pharmacists, and faculty and students of medical institutions. It can also be used by international colleagues for learning professional Chinese. The Chinese entries are arranged according to Pinyin. Homophones with different tones are listed in the order of tones; homophones with the same tone are arranged by stroke count; homophones with the same tone and stroke count but different characters are arranged by stroke order. To facilitate the use of this vocabulary by international colleagues unfamiliar with Pinyin, a stroke index is specially compiled. The vocabulary mainly gathers nouns and common phrases, with a few adjectives and individual verbs included.
