The structure of the China Youth Exhibition Review Committee is slightly different from that of the China Calligraphy Creation Review Committee. This has a historical reason. The China Youth Exhibition was established before the China calligraphy Association review committee, while the China calligraphy Association's creation review committee was established in 1987. The main difference between the two is in age. At that time, when the China Youth Palace invited him to serve as the head of the review committee, he proposed this suggestion. Therefore, Mr. Shen Peng was appointed as the head of the second China Youth Exhibition Review Committee. The age limit was also raised from 55 to 60, which is an age difference.
