Features: In China's increasingly comprehensive intellectual property legal protection system, administrative regulations, ministerial rules, judicial interpretations, local administrative regulations, etc., are indispensable components. Their promulgation and implementation not only embody Chinese characteristics suited to our national conditions but also play a vital role in motivating the cultural, artistic, and technological sectors to create works, innovate technologies, promote the transformation of achievements, and drive the rapid development of the national economy. To meet the urgent needs of all sectors, especially the business community, to effectively use legal weapons to protect their own intellectual property rights while respecting others', we systematically collected and organized relevant laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, ministerial rules, local administrative regulations, and international treaties, and compiled this "Compendium of Current Laws and Regulations on Intellectual Property." This book is divided into domestic law sections (comprising 198 texts) and an international treaties section (comprising 26 texts). The domestic law sections are arranged in the following order: laws, resolutions of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on legal issues, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, documents of the State Council, ministerial rules, and local administrative regulations. It should be noted that this book is specially accompanied by a CD-ROM, which includes more detailed and extensive rules and regulatory documents on intellectual property that could not be accommodated in the book, further expanding its information content to cover as comprehensively as possible all current laws, regulations, rules, and judicial interpretations in China's intellectual property field. We hope this book can serve as an effective and practical tool for all sectors to learn about and understand the laws and regulations in the field of intellectual property, thereby enhancing awareness of intellectual property protection.
