Features: For many years, we have been observing the vitality of enterprises, especially the reasons for their failure. We found that the reasons for decision-makers' mistakes are astonishingly similar. This book collects hundreds of examples of decision-making mistakes from 120 famous global enterprises, covering industries such as finance, automotive, computer, retail, tourism, food, and publishing. We have analyzed 12 typical mistakes, which form the 12 chapters of this book. Some of the cases are already familiar to everyone, but because several years have passed, the parties involved can express themselves more freely, and we have added new materials, even discovering forgotten episodes from legends. This book is not strictly a theoretical work, but through the analysis of cases, we attempt to link the confirmed mistakes as "standards" to management theory.
