Features: Chopin, the greatest composer of Poland, was a poet who cried out for freedom and human rights, possessing a feminine tenderness and elegance. He was also the most noble and elegant interpreter of desire and emotion to date. As for the content of this book, it is well-known that the biggest difference among various versions lies in the selection of pieces. I believe these differences may have originated from Chopin's frequent revisions of the manuscripts during proofreading, as he did not mark the revised positions on the manuscripts. Alternatively, they might have occurred during the process of copying the manuscripts, possibly due to typographical errors. Another possibility is that these differences could be the result of Chopin's varying modifications and improvements when teaching different students. Therefore, these differences, disguised as "original sources," were passed down by his students—then by his students' students—in a chain of self-concealment, leaving no authoritative version to this day.
