The main text focuses on Chinese computer terms as the main entries, while the appendix focuses on English computer terms and their abbreviations as the main entries. The Chinese computer terms and their corresponding English terms or abbreviations are based on reference books such as English-Chinese Computer Terminology Dictionary. The book contains a total of 1,009 entries, with 903 in the main text and 106 in the appendix.
