The content includes: 6 comprehensive analysis reports, 9 thematic reports, and 7 hot topic reports, supplemented by detailed and systematic macroeconomic data for each month of 2004 at the end of the book. A major characteristic of China's economy in 2004 was overheated investment. Moreover, this overheating exhibited clear "atypical" features. Our research findings focus on major hot topics such as overheated investment, rising inflation rates, and macroeconomic regulation policies. We are proud and gratified that we were not only the first proponents of the "dual stability policy" but also accurately grasped the features of overheated investment in 2004, the essence and characteristics of macroeconomic regulation policies, and the trends in prices. Additionally, we conducted unique research on urban development models and the development of key industries, which not only broadened our perspective but also enriched the scope of our research on China's macroeconomy.
