Features: Since the second edition of "Applications of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulations" was published in 1979, it has provided great convenience in clinical practice, teaching, and scientific research over the past two decades, demonstrating its "filling in the gaps" role in traditional Chinese medicine. To facilitate reader reference, this edition has added 10 commonly used herbs and 4 supplementary herbs, compiled 50 formulation combinations, and included most of the drug combinations of 2 or 3 herbs from the two classic texts, "Shanghan Lun" and "Jin Gui Yao Lue," to allow readers to explore the brilliance of ancient medical principles and drug selection. This edition includes a total of 362 commonly used herbs and 30 supplementary herbs, totaling 392 herbs, with 1,436 formulation combinations. It also features the "Eighteen Contradictions" and "Nineteen Mutual Incompatibilities" of drug combinations, as well as pregnancy contraindicated drugs and the main drugs for common diseases based on the "Seven Emotions" theory. Additionally, some pharmacological research data on commonly used herbs have been added for reader reference.
