Features: To regulate the work of applying for master's degrees based on equivalent academic standing and ensure the quality of degree conferment, the 16th meeting of the Commission of Degree Conferred of the State Council decided to add the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level for Equivalent Academic Standing Applicants for Master's Degrees. Since September 1, 1999, applicants for master's degrees based on equivalent academic standing who obtain the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level" in their respective disciplines have become a necessary prerequisite for obtaining a master's degree. The Comprehensive Academic Level Examination aims to strengthen the macro-control and standardized management of the conferment of master's degrees to equivalent academic standing applicants, and is an important part of the national organization's assessment of the professional knowledge structure and level of applicants for master's degrees based on equivalent academic standing. In 1999, we organized experts to write and publish the "Outline and Guide for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level for Philosophy Majors Applying for Master's Degrees Based on Equivalent Academic Standing." Over the past five years, based on the suggestions of a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully on the basis of summarizing the experience of the unified examination. This book can be used as a reference for teaching and tutoring by various institutions, and can also serve as a reference for candidates to review and prepare for the exam.
