Features: This is a new suspense masterpiece by Joanne Fielding, a renowned best-selling female author from Canada. With a mysterious plot, vivid language, and lifelike descriptions, she tells a tragic story of a twisted human nature, analyzing a complex soul marked by multiple personalities and blood and tears. The protagonist of this book, Terry Payne, is a diligent nurse living alone in the picturesque small town of Delray Beach, Florida. The arrival of a new tenant, Allison, brings long-overdue joy to Terry's quiet life. However, the beautiful girl's small circle of friends is full of suspicious elements. Shadows lurking outside the window, anonymous phone calls at midnight, deliberately crafted strange diaries, betrayal by a dream lover, rumors and lies—the plot thickens as a life-and-death crisis edges closer to explosion. An isolated heart breeds paranoia; a cold-blooded murder invites self-inflicted retribution. On a night of darkness and wind, even an angel in white loses control.
