Features: With the changes to the "Basketball Rules" in 2004, the "Basketball Official's Handbook" (2-person officiating and 3-person officiating) was also significantly revised and officially approved by the FIBA Central Board, taking effect from September 1, 2004. Modern basketball requires modern officials. Modern officials must master and implement modern officiating methods and techniques to achieve uniformity and standardization in officiating work and improve officiating standards. To keep China's basketball movement in sync with international basketball, it is hoped that Chinese basketball officials will study and implement this handbook seriously. The new "Basketball Official's Handbook" has been translated and approved by the Chinese Basketball Association. All international and domestic competitions, as well as various basketball officials' promotion examinations, will be conducted according to this handbook.
