Features: The primary purpose of popularizing legal knowledge is to enhance the legal literacy of the general public and strengthen their ability to use the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests. The "Citizen Legal Education Series" written by lawyers and recommended by the Beijing Municipal Legal Governance Office and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice is an excellent read that meets the legal needs of citizens and integrates legal publicity with legal services. This series has three characteristics:
First, it is close to real-life situations. The entire series consists of eight books covering eight aspects: civil law, traffic law, property management, housing purchase contracts, and the protection of adolescents' rights. They are interconnected yet independent chapters, basically covering all aspects of citizens' daily lives, from food, clothing, shelter, to transportation, and all related legal questions can be found in this series.
Second, the content is comprehensive and in-depth. Taking "Marriage and Family Legal Self-Help" as an example, it is divided into three parts: Marriage, Family, and Divorce. The Marriage section is further subdivided into issues such as cohabitation before marriage, marriage requirements, illegal interference in marriage, marriage procedures, marriage leave and ceremonies, the revocation of marriage, and invalid marriages, with each category containing related sub-issues. The extension of related legal questions makes this series unique.
Third, it is illustrated with images. The language of the series is easy to understand, with each small question designed in a concise and clear manner. Scenarios and comic illustrations are interspersed with brief text, making it engaging and effectively transforming complex legal theories into everyday knowledge suitable for people of all ages.
