Features: To facilitate the law enforcement work of public security officers and support their professional learning and training, as well as to help the general public understand, comply with, and monitor the law enforcement activities of public security officers, we have compiled and edited this series of "Public Security Officer Law Enforcement Handbooks." This series consists of five volumes. "Common Legal References" includes frequently used legal documents in the law enforcement process of public security officers. "Public Security Management," "Fire Management," "Traffic Management," and "Criminal Cases" contain various legal documents required by public security officers when carrying out law enforcement activities in these respective fields. The legal documents included in this series comply with the "Notice on Retaining, Amending, and Repealing Departmental Rules and Regulatory Documents" recently issued by the Ministry of Public Security, and are currently effective. It should be noted that this series includes some legal documents that the Ministry of Public Security has decided to amend but have not yet been revised (noted under the corresponding legal documents). The Ministry of Public Security will promptly study and revise these documents. Readers are advised to pay attention.
