Features: In the modern economy and society characterized by high informatization, technological advancement, and globalization, corporate management has entered an era dominated by strategic management. Business performance evaluation, as an effective corporate supervision system and management framework, serves not only as a crucial means for enterprises to self-supervise and self-restrain but has also become a new management tool for implementing strategic management in the context of a competitive environment. Based on the assimilation and absorption of foreign research on corporate performance evaluation, this paper effectively integrates relevant theories and methods from economics and management to conduct a systematic study of the strategic performance evaluation system based on strategic management and core competitiveness. The paper systematically analyzes three modes of thinking: the competitive strategy perspective based on industrial structure analysis, the competitive advantage perspective based on resources and knowledge, and the value innovation strategy perspective based on customer value. It proposes a hybrid model of these three strategic thinking modes. It specifically elaborates and demonstrates the value assessment model, introduces the "value relevance analysis method" for performance indicator selection, and establishes incentive-compatible models and a game analysis model for performance evaluation under principal-agent theory. It examines the logical foundation of the performance evaluation system and its role in the design of incentive-based compensation contracts. It also proposes a stakeholder comprehensive analysis model, explores the relationship between stakeholders and corporate performance, and applies contingency theory to study the contingency variables of the performance evaluation system. Based on the above research, a supporting theoretical model for the strategic performance evaluation system is proposed.
