From then on, he never wanted to pursue a career in politics. Tang Bohu was skilled in poetry, literature, calligraphy, and painting. He spent his life immersed in landscapes, traveling far and wide, and made friends with many beautiful women, making him known as the "Flamboyant Painter." His representative works include "Meng Shu Palace Courtesans," where the women depicted are elegant and beautiful, evoking admiration. "Autumn Wind and Silk Fan" is said to have been painted by his close female friend Shen Jiuniang, with the figures portrayed vivid and extraordinary in spirit.
